The new series of HD160S high power density AC-DC power supplies pass mode was announced by Gresham Power Electronics.The series HD160S proceed to 160W, approximately twice the power currently available in standard 51mm x 102mm footprint. The supplies are regarded as ideal for a low profile, 1U height, request that their height is only 27mm. The series uses the latest technology and design of switching topologies to deliver operational efficiency to 90% with a power density of more than 18W/in3, setting the standard low and midrange Power Products, says the company.
The single output power supplies offer output voltage of 5, 12, 24 and 48VDC. Other features include universal AC input (85 to 264VAC), Active Power Factor Correction (EN61000-3-2 Class D compliant) and protection against the temperature, more current and voltage. Safety Agency approvals, equipment, information technology (ATI), UL/cUL60950-1 / EN60950-1, Medical (UL / cUL 60601-1 / EN60601-1) and all models are CE-mark (DBT) and comply with the FCC / EN55022 Level B emission standards. The HD160S series offers reliable performance, high MTBF and is RoHS compliant.
